Nancy brings over 13 years of experience in construction accounting to her role as an Accounting Director at Paramount Interiors. She leads the company’s financials, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger reconciliations, and administrative functions with a strong reputation for accuracy and efficiency. Before joining Paramount, Nancy served as controller managing financial operations. She began her career as a payroll specialist, leading to accounts receivable specialist, and becoming a general ledger accountant, to controller gaining foundational experience.
With over 24 years of experience in the construction industry, Jose Bellot brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Logistics Manager. He began his career as a driver and, through hard work and dedication, progressed into purchasing and logistics management. His deep understanding of procurement and supply chain operations ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum efficiency.
Jose is known for his strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and commitment to operational excellence. His contributions are a key part of the company’s ability to execute complex construction projects seamlessly.
Outside of work, Jose is a proud father of three and grandfather of three. He enjoys working on cars, dirt bike riding, and attending car shows with family and friends. Jose values quality time, both on and off the job, and brings the same passion to his personal life that he brings to his professional role.
